Guidelines for Virtual Poster Presenters
Thank you for participating in ICEID 2022. Information regarding virtual poster presentations is provided below.Please remember that all poster presenters are required to register for the conference. If you have not yet registered, you may do so through your Poster Presenter portal. For questions, contact Andrea Berlin at aberlin@taskforce.org.
Since this is a hybrid conference, all posters will be displayed on our virtual platform. Each presenter must upload their poster to their Poster Presenter Portal whether they are presenting virtually or in person.
Authors may make changes/update abstracts until June 15, 2022.
Upload Poster Presentations
Please upload the following to your Poster Portal by July 18, 2022.**IMPORTANT NOTE: you must upload your poster image in two places!
Poster Thumbnail
The thumbnail image is the first thing viewers will see alongside the poster title while scrolling through the virtual poster gallery. Either your poster or an image from your poster illustrating the topic can be uploaded.
To serve as the thumbnail image for the virtual poster gallery, acceptable file formats include PDF, PNG and JPEG.
Note: You do not need to manipulate the size of your image; the system will automatically resize the image appropriately.
Poster Materials
This tab is the dedicated area where you’ll upload your Poster PDF and an optional video. Each item must be added individually.
To upload your Poster, select the “Upload Poster” button. You can only upload one document in this spot. * Acceptable file formats include .pdf or image file such as .jpeg or .png
To upload your supporting materials, please select the “Add Material” button.
- Video (optional) - you can upload a video with a commentary about your poster.
Virtual Poster Presentations
Poster Boards will be available for viewing throughout the conference. You will be assigned a poster number and a day to present. Viewers may submit questions to authors via the chat feature when viewing your poster. Poster Sessions with Authors are scheduled from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM, Monday – Wednesday, August 8 – 10, 2022 and 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday, August 8 – 9, 2022. Please plan to be available to answer questions about your poster during this time on your designated presentation day.We are unable to reschedule the date and time of your poster presentation. If
