Guidelines for Virtual Oral Abstract Presenters
Thank you for participating in ICEID 2022. Information regarding virtual oral abstract presentations is provided below.Please remember that all oral presenters are required to register for the conference. If you have not yet registered, you may do so through your Presenter Portal. For questions, contact Andrea Berlin at aberlin@taskforce.org.
Authors may make changes/update abstracts until June 24, 2022.
Uploading Presentation Slides
Presentation slides must be uploaded by August 1, 2022.Files and videos should be uploaded through the Presenter Portal under "Presentation Files" for each presentation.
This tab is the dedicated area where you’ll upload your video-recorded presentation and any additional materials. Screens in the presentation rooms are converted to a 16:9 aspect ratio for slides.
To upload supporting files, select the "Additional Materials" button. Each item must be added individually.

- Additional files (optional) - Acceptable file formats include .doc, .docx, .rtf, .xls, .xlsx, .pps, .ppt, .pdf, and .pptx

Audio/Visual Equipment
Our Audio-Visual Speaker Managers will work with you ahead of the conference to ensure you have the equipment set up needed for a high-quality recording.Session Times
Oral presentations will be held from 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM (EDT), Monday – Wednesday, August 8 – 10, 2022. You will receive notification of your presentation date and time in May.Each session has six (6) speakers with each presentation lasting no more than 15 minutes total. Presenters should plan to speak for approximately 10 – 12 minutes to allow time for questions. It is imperative that these time limits are followed to ensure adequate time for audience questions and discussion. Moderators for each session will strictly enforce these time limits.
Virtual presentations will be streamed to in-person attendees who will be able to participate in the post-presentation Q&A.
